Your day will commence with arrival and registration at the venue, followed by breakfast and a warm up on the range or putting green before tackling a truly magnificent golf course.The competition is a fourball betterball in stableford format. We will also be holding a ‘longest drive’ and ‘nearest the pin’ competition as well as a Par 3 charity challenge. The winning team from each event will qualify for the Grand Final in Orlando, Florida* in October 2020. A glass of champagne will be awaiting you at the 19th and you will have time to shower and change before an excellent meal, and prize-giving.

John is one of Britain’s most successful boxing champions. He started boxing at the age of 10 at the Kirkby Club that was a training ground for some of the best amateur boxers. At 19, he won the middleweight gold medal at the 1970 Commonwealth Games. He won the WBC Light Heavyweight crown in October 1974 and held the title until 1977. He retired from professional boxing in 1980. His professional record is 34 wins, 1 draw, and 4 losses. John is now an accomplished after-dinner speaker and speaks at venues all across the country. He is also a supporter of many charities and good causes including The John Conteh Foundation.
